Testimonial

“Job well done. The crew worked hard working on the removal of two fences from my property and the neighbors and then installed my new fence. Work took a little more than a day but that is to be blamed on an old tree. Would recommend them to anyone. Quality of material appears to be much better than others and they were also not my most expensive price quote either! ”

What our customers say

“They got us a great price on our fencing repair and was on the schedule the next day! They did a great job of replacing part of my cedar picket fence! I would recommend these guys. All I can say is Wow! What a difference after having Top Aus Fencing haul off and replace our propped up “walking dead” fence with a new fence”

Grace Lee

“This is our third fence project with Top Aus Fencing. Planning, communication, and scheduling were as great as always. After the initial build, I noticed an issue and brought it to their attention. The issue was resolved the next day, no questions asked. Even with this issue, the entire project was completed a day ahead of schedule. ”

Additional FAQs

WILL I NEED TO NOTIFY NEIGHBOURS?

Depending on your location, you might be obligated to notify your neighbours of fencing work or request that they contribute if the fence is a dividing fence. Have a look for an online form from your local council for some more information.

BOUNDARY FENCING INFO

If you own a property, you may be required to split the fence payment between you and your neighbour. It’s always best to speak with your neighbour beforehand and go over the process prior to moving forward and ordering a fence to be installed. This way everyone is in agreement and knows what is going on.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTIES?

Our warranties differ depending on your chosen fence’s material, design, and style. Be sure to speak with one of the Aus Quality Fencing team members about your warranties and how to make the most of your investment. Some warranties may even be transferrable, so make sure you keep a record of all paperwork and information.

HOW DO I PREVENT ROT OR RUST?

You’re able to do this on your own or have one of our team members help you out – to prevent rot, rust or other damage it’s best to paint or stain your fence depending on the material. This way there’s a protective layer over the fence. All in all, timber fences should be stained and steel or iron fences should be painted.

In doing this, you’ll have a fence that remains stylish and new in appearance but is also strong and able to withstand damage from weather and insects.

ARE THERE RULES DURING INSTALLATION?

Prior to and during the installation of your new fence, it’s important that you provide your fencing contractors access to both electricity and water as well as drinks as a courtesy. As your yard will technically become a worksite it’s also important to ensure children are away from the construction zone and any pets are locked in your home or with a friend or family member.

If you’re expecting to be away from your home during parts of the installation, it’s best to notify our team beforehand. It’s also a good idea to allow the team access to electricity and water so your Perth fencing contractors can get on with the job without a hitch.
